A Pilates essential session is tailored to your specific abilities and needs. It is a movement-based session that allows for the practitioner to explore and cultivate a deeper awareness and appreciation of alignment, mindfulness, and wellness.

Amanda believes that there are many approaches that help build and maintain a balanced and integrated lifestyle, yet, the physical body can offer health and healing for any age, body type, or condition when movement is continuous, mindful and works with the nervous system to create change by releasing stress and mechanical strains based on improper alignment. Each session is tailored to offer a full body movement experience intended to lengthen, tone, invigorate and provide connectivity to breath, ease and longevity.

While Amanda seamlessly blends together her years of experience and multidisciplinary methods, an essential pilates session is focused on applying integrated movement as therapy and physical repatterining and conditioning. An initial assessment for new practitioners, postpartum, chronic or acute pain and dysfunction, is incorporated to determine whether additional modalities are needed to support your overall health concerns and goals.

Five, Ten or Twenty prepaid sessions. Multiple sessions allow you to create an outline for reaching a goal. Each session incorporates and includes what a single session does, yet builds strategically from session to session.
